I love the job

Pros

Being able to meet new people, and having a job that I love being able to do and getting better at store products

Cons

The commission has gotten worse. We now have a wait time fee, pull and prep fee and all these fees. I have never seen on any of my paychecks. It do3snt matter if I work full 40 hours a week for a month straight, my commission is the same as I work 20 hours a week for a month. It kills my paycheck and my work numbers as well. If I have a wait time 5 times in 1 week that's $125.00 for my commission. How come I'm not being paid that or for anything I do. On average I bring in $300-$400 a day in revenue and my commission is only $16 for that day. Even with a pull and prep fee and wait time as well. So the commission has dropp3d very low and isn't what it use to be when I first started
