Pros

I got hired on fresh out of college and I had no clue what I was doing in the beginning. Thanks to the guidance, mentoring and daily grind of working at T-ROC I’ve picked up many new skills. I intend on climbing the ladder as high as I can. For the time being, at least, I’m satisfied with where I’m at professionally.

Cons

If you don’t already have a strong work ethic, you’ll get one.

Pros

My favorite job I’ve had in sales. I’ve had lots of success here and I truly believe that anyone who’s willing to put in the effort would do great here. The sales aspect is straight-forward. Most people coming to you are looking to buy your product, so most of the work is already done for you on that front. The rest of it is all about having the necessary people skills and certain amount of charisma. As long as you’ve got that, you’re practically guaranteed to make sales. Obviously some days will be better than others, but those ebbs and flows are a well-known reality in sales that you’ve just gotta deal with. The base pay is alright, but commission is what makes the job worth it. You are required to reach a certain quota before you make commission, which seems intimidating, but as long as you stay focused on being friendly to potential customers instead of getting stuck in your head over the amount of sales you’re trying to make, you’ll do great.

Cons

Management isn’t normally around so if you have any questions, you need to go out of your way reach out to them.
