Pros

This was my first job out of college. I took it on to pay off my student loans, and at first I was worried that I would barely make any sales given that I had no experience as a salesperson, but I surprised myself. I was able to make enough money to pay everything off while saving up for my own place. I’m happy to say that my loans are paid off, and I am now living comfortably on my own at a new job that I wouldn’t have gotten if I hadn’t spent a few years working here and gaining some much needed experience.

Cons

There weren’t many opportunities for me to advance within the company. I got really good at making sales, but I wanted to take on more responsibilities.

Time schedule flexibility, exciting and competitive atmosphere, helpful co workers, caring managers, friendly work environment.

Cons

The drama can get distracting. Most of my coworkers are very professional, but there’s always those handful of people who like spreading gossip.
