Pros

Good intro to the sales world

Cons

You don't get raises. If your market gets new mananger even if they were from that market do not expect to keep your job. The mananger lies about reasons to fire people and asked there employees to do the same.

I'm so sorry to hear you feel this way. Having been here under a year, I do not understand why you would think you would receive a raise when companies review annually. Our employees in the field all receive incentive for their great work and we have promoted over 300 people last year as a result of their hard work. I wish you success in your career. Pros

Easy work, basically working by yourself

Cons

There was absolutely no training. I think rules were made up as they go For instance telling us that we can't accept customers with out of state ID's. Where I live is mostly black community and the Walmart system would deny them but if they call Verizon, Verizon with say that they didn't have any restrictions and no reason why they couldn't have an account. And my boss really didn't know a lot of what she was doing and we would get a lot of wrong info on promotions. Work chat is the worst. I was told I was fired because I bought a phone on my sister account that Im an authorize user on.

I am so sorry you feel this way. Yes, we do have have certain rules, as other companies do with regard to sharing and ringing accounts of family members; that is not unusual. In addition, there is an entire week dedicated to training when you first join us and a HUGE learning department with ongoing training. There are very few companies as diverse as T-ROC. I wish you much success in your career. Randy Randy Brandon Director of People Attraction
