Pros

Friendly recruiting team, but severely lacking in your mid level management(regional and director positions) Yes men instead of leaders who will walk the walk.

Cons

Absolutely no stability, poor work life balance, and no bench building for future projects. You had numerous quality managers who would be tremendous assets to the company, but now are someone else's assets. Some of these people left good jobs to be a part of a growing company. Then they were looking for a job within 3 months due to the project closing. Do you really think these people will drop everything and come back?

Although I so appreciate your taking the time to write this, I am disappointed that your experience was not a good one. We have many, many employees that have been promoted, either within the same project or on to another, and I am very proud of those numbers and employees. I would very much like to discuss your experience and would welcome a conversation to discuss any time. Regards, Randy Brandon Director of Talent Acquisition/People Attraction

I am disappointed to hear you refer to us in that way. We pride ourselves in the way in which we treat our employees, the number that have been promoted, and especially, our selection process. I'm not sure if you are aware of the entire process, but welcome the opportunity to discuss all of this with you any time. Regards, Randy Brandon Director of Talent Acquisition/People Attraction

Pros

It is great position if you don't have a tremendous amount of experience in Management. They asked for twenty words and I can't think of 20 words to describe any of the PROS

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, you are expected to be plugged in from the time the stores open to the time the close. You work 7 days a week 10-12 hours a day. Even when you are off you aren't your phone rings constantly. The drive time for each market is horrible. Management acts like the care about a work life balance but the don't it's just lip service. You have no help in training employees, recruiting or coaching. You are expected to train a new employee in 2 days and still get to everyone of your stores every week (10-11 in each market).

We are so sorry to hear T-ROC was not the right fit for you. Most companies in our industry DO have a set base salary. Where your expertise shows is in your commission checks. A really strong Market Manager with a producing team? Superstar status! I wish you well on y our journey..... Randy Randy BRandon Director of People Attraction
