Feeling mundane.

Pros

Great, easy to get along with co-workers.

Cons

Lack of budget and therefore resources have forced most it not all employees to take on the responsibilities of 2+ job descriptions. lack of resources due to budget constraints make it difficult to perform job in a meaningful/impactful way ultimately leading to feeling mundane and unfulfilled professionally.

I gained nothing working there.

Pros

Your co-workers were awesome. People work hard and get along under stress.

Cons

CEO was not open to new ideas or suggestions. I thought I might be better suited in a different role, where I'd be doing other things and was told, sure, I could move within the company. I was then told I wasn't good enough at my current position. I improved my "numbers", brought it up again, and, nope. Nothing. By that time though, I knew it wasn't worth it and it was time to bail.

Pros

Great potential to be a fabulous company. Upper management listens to its employees ideas.

Cons

The only way to stay employed is to be willing to pay for the costs of moving. The company's business model does not include employees. They expect loyalty, but do not give it. Pay is also not on-par with comparable jobs. Job security cannot be important to you if you work for TRO. Insurance is expensive and benefits almost non-existent. If you are looking for an outsource company to work for, I would consider Market Source first. The best you can expect from TRO is to gain a little experience for your next job. Management jobs last a little longer than non-management.
