Pros

decent pay if you are focused on furthering other areas of your life and not trying to compete for sales The other pro is that they seem to be trying to get better. I believe the management on this team need a lot of personal growth that I sincerely hope they see.

Cons

westfield, MA specifically is an awful place to be a new-hire. The attitude is... "we dont know you, so we dont like you until you prove yourself". there are other problems with the staff here as well, but I'll name a few things that made it so toxic: - lack of true leadership presence in the store. - insecurity looms among management, this causes them to speak from emotional places and to avoid taking accountability for anything - 'training" is actually just a slow coming of age into the position - i was not told upfront that commission would take months to earn - i was denied the right to know my schedule for 4 weeks at a time rather than the week before - overall, the staff at this store have no self respect or any amount of value for each other that goes beyond the superficial - ego, raging ego. Expect an unprofessional enviornment where toxic behavior is completely normalized and seen as part of the culture -gossiping is also a huge part of their culture, they all have lots to say about each other. its mostly just sad to see, but for a longterm commitment its just an unhealthy work enviornment.

Pros

None. Unless you count Walmart discounts

Cons

Too many to name. Upper management is snobby, middle management is just as bad.
