Pros

A paycheck was the only benefit

Cons

Worked for this company for about a year. They entered me as part time, however i only worked full time. The error was not fixed and i never received my paid time off, nor was I able to receive any benefits. The management does not care about employees all they care about is sales. Worst company I ever worked for. I'd rather be receiving indirect fire in Iraq again for the crap they pull here. If you are a veteran, you'll be ostracized. Employees don't even wear the proper work attire when nobody is around.

Pros

HQ seems appreciative of the field workers

Cons

Where to start? Was decent. Restructure went from 26 managers to 6 managers. All the rest wer fired, quit, or demoted to the lowly CBA title. All but 1 Regional manager was kept (at a lower salary), probable because they were competent. The two upper leaders are garbage. Not only as leaders, but maybe as humans as well. The lack of respect and empathy is disgusting and appalling. This on the tail end of a $1.5 million gross profit to the project w the restructure.

Cricket has been our client for many, many years and the TROC team on this project are respected and are amazing! Sometimes, due to the client's restructuring, we are forced to make some tough changes and, in those instances, we have pulled together to try and find a new home for those impacted. Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss and thank you for your feedback.

Bait and switch company

Pros

Pros? Not many pros other than paychecks coming on time.

Cons

Recruiters and hiring managers pulled a "bait and switch" during hiring. Promised certain amount of car allowance only to be given half after hire date. There is no work life balance as they don't care if you have to drive hours after you get off. T-ROC is an amateur 3PL company who pretends.

I am so sorry you feel this way and happy that you are sharing this so we can take a look at the issues. The auto allowance is stated on the employee offer letter. Thanks, Randy Brandon Director of Talent Acquisition
