      Not worth the stress

      Pros

      Pay was pretty good for the time. Moved up pretty fast.

      Cons

      Off the clock meetings. The company couldn’t keep staff and made made it impossible to lead a team, at times I’d have to run store to store just to try to make sales because the stores had no staff, favoritism was a big issue as well
