Pros

There are none! The work environment is absolutely the most TOXIC I have ever experienced in my 15 years of earning money from work.

Cons

They're firing people right now during a pandemic because this company is a sinking ship. Instead of being understanding since the down turn in the market they turned up the heat on us. Constant threats of being fired when they're not actually firing people. The new policies say that if you don't sell 10 phones in one month then you go on a final. If you fail to meet this target the next month, it means termination. 10 phones doesn't sound hard but in this environment and market, interest in upgrading phones and buying new ones has declined because people would rather pay their car notes, rent, electricity, food etc. etc. instead of purchasing new cell phones or switching from prepaid to post paid BECAUSE IT IS MORE EXPENSIVE. Again, people are trying to save the money they have for the most important necessities. Obviously they're heartless and ruthless. Who starts firing people for sales performance in the middle of a global catastrophe? Brett Beveridge and his minions that's who. Karma will get these people for the way they've been treating everyone. Let's not even start on their "benefits" that cost a quarter of every single paycheck, financial experts say your rent should cost a quarter of your paycheck for comparison of how laughable this place is. They can't help people stay healthy while working for them it is a sad sorry company. They're really pitiful and I honestly hope they just fail and have to close even if I lose my job. Just terrible all the way around, I honestly don't know how any of these people in upper management and corporate sleep at night.
