Management pulls you into a call every day to tell you that you are replaceable if you're not making money, shames people struggling with sales in front of all their coworkers, says they have access to walmart cameras but they do NOT they just lie to scare their employees, just shames you and compares you to other workers when you're struggling to make sales. Very very obvious favoritism.
