A lot of discrimination and racism

Good sells on phones, great with customer service and great with customers overall

Cons

I received a lot of racism working for t-roc from employees to managers I even got fired from there for no reason even when I asked for a reason even though I knew it was because of my skin color at the store I was the only African American employee that worked for T-Roc at the time and I dealt with a lot from a certain co-worker and my manager whom ganged up with her against me.

Short hours , good pay , independence, builds Social interaction.

Cons

Not enough staff , no guarantee on commission if the store is not busy. Your constantly competing for your commission with other employees can sometimes be overstaffed.

Relaxed job standing in Walmart trying to sell phones.

Cons

Pay is next to nothing and commission isn’t percentage base but a small ‘’per device’’ commission. Only time you make a decent check is Black Friday
