Pros

Ok pay with commissions. Great if you can get the postpaid sales out the door like clockwork. Most of the time you are working by yourself so you are your own boss.

Cons

This job isn't for anyone. Management only wanted one thing, sales. If you were not slinging a phone to some random person in a Walmart they did not want you. The customers of Walmart, these people can be the nicest people ever or the absolute scum of the earth. I have had people come in drunk and on drugs to try to acquire a phone, I have had people come behind the counter to look through my inventory drawer, I have had people threaten to beat me up because they thought I was lying to them, I have had people threaten to kill me because I didn't have a phone in stock.
