Pros

Little management at work site. Meet new Walmart workers. 50-75% on select phone plans.

Cons

Horrible management, unrealistic sales goals. Little hours to work per week($400 or less checks for 2 weeks) Management here does care if you have kids, bills, debt, etc. if you are not meeting their sales quota. Very petty management that will cut your hours if they don’t like you. Literally almost no PTO. No vacation time or sick leave. The commission basis is very unfair to the employees/stores that are rural and poverty stricken. They expect you to work in a walmart but not there to assist or help customers if they are not interested in buying a phone. Basically to sum this up, don’t waste your time applying or working for this company.

Pros

Experiences with well mannered customers, monthly commission, dealing with the public helped a lot with covid related social anxiety.

Cons

Management was some of the worst I’ve experienced, the group on the workchat app that we used to report to our supervisors in the region was filled with a lot of negativity and subtle berating. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
