Friendly coworkers, Good customer service. Everyone is always willing to help new employees learn and get the hang of how everything works

Cons

Meetings are only geared towards office staff and are mandatory. Not much growth in the company for anyone outside of operations

My coworkers have become good friends and I love driving the zamboni

It gets cold cause its an ice rink facility and you get rude customers from time to time, other than that, no complaints from me.
