Biweekly bonus Good Benefits Employees are great spontaneous Overtime

Cons

Constantly Belittled and talked down to Little to no raise High expectations and A lot of work for little pay Management needs improving Barely any training Any Mistakes you do will be mocked and management will exaggerate your mistake Weekend, holiday, and crazy work hours. Supervisors will complain and gossip to other RA's
