Pros

There is no pros with this company. My property Manager was and is one of the best in the market, I watched her first hand daily and the amount of work she did and had to deal with from corporate level staff. Our regional was by far one of the worst people to deal with and we seen first hand. When she would show up for visit 15 min every month there was never a welcoming invitation from her, she did not speak to us. The sales team is terrible, expect us to sign leases with one rate special and we would tell them we need something different they can’t do it. Then show up “oh let me give you a additional $300 if you sign right now. ‘’Fair housing out the roof....

Cons

Having a regional who never picks up the phone and shows major favoritism, has no professionalism and lack of communication with her team. Having a man run a sales and leasing team who belittles employees, and makes a point to hire friends from college and has lacks in professionalism. Fair housing laws broke daily with in this company, audit is much needed.

Pros

Good pay. Lots of growth opportunity. Typically promotions from within the company. Legacy. Solid business model. Owner/Operator (not 3rd party managed).

Cons

Rapid growth often hinders needed support to on-site teams. More direct/extensive training opportunities are necessary, especially for on boarding new hires or for persons in new roles.

Pros

Corporate is good at lying

Cons

I absolutely would never recommend anyone to work for this company. Their properties are all falling apart, and they do not take care of their people. Every July-August you are required to work Sunday-Saturday 80+ a week with no extra compensation. Residents and their parents are always screaming at you due to the properties falling apart. I have worked at several companies before this, and have never felt so disgusted at a company.
