Office view of Torrey Pines Golf Course. There are tons of pizza parties.

Cons

There is no central point of communication, and teams are very siloed with information, making it hard to function as a group. The entire office knows your salary, and some individuals are paid less than others, creating vast amounts of resentment. Employees with impressive titles and long tenures are very resentful.
