      Thalle offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability. Working at Thalle means being a member of the team, and you feel that way . Great work / life harmony.

      Cons

      We are a large geographically disbursed organization, so I don't always get to meet everyone face to face.

      Pros

      I worked here for 8 years and it was a good work environment. My co-workers were amazing. I was always learning something new and there was room for growth. They were basically like family. Pet friendly environment as well.

      Cons

      Location would be the only con for me.
