      Pros

      Thalle Construction has provided many opportunities to grow and expand my knowledge in the heavy civil construction industry. The CEO and the President believe in investing in their employees. Safety ALWAYS comes first at Thalle Construction Company, and I go to work knowing that others are looking out for me and my family. Thalle takes care of their employees and their employees return the favor. I truly enjoy my job and the people I work with on a day to day basis.

      Pros

      Bonding capacity gives the company an exceptional opportunity to bid on some of the biggest projects in the US. You can work on some very neat projects here.

      Cons

      Huge turnover rate. Upper management was very poor and that obviously trickled. There is no real career path for an engineer here.

      Pros

      Very down to earth people and the pay is above average. I think they are willing to keep you if you do a good job and will always find a place for you.

      Cons

      Better organization and training would be nice. The roles and responsibilities of management on-site is not always clear.
