      great small company culture

      Pros

      relaxed friendly environment. company really took care of employees with holidays, birthdays, free lunch, happy hour etc. Being that it was construction, the office dress code was relaxed. No problem leaving early for dentist appointments etc.

      Cons

      The pay started out as log your own hours but eventually people took advantage of this and they switched to a time card system. This was annoying to get used to because you would rush to work to get your card stamped, which created stress.

      I really cannot think of any.

      Cons

      No room for growth, people are extremely rude even from a customer service perspective. Find a different opportunity, seriously.
