      Great salary--when the industry is whole at a slow down Tully still gets big jobs and keeps working

      Some of the supervisors should not be in their positions

      definitely a mans world here, they have so many employees, and no matter how you cut cost for them or improve accuracy and effiency, if your not in charge of bringing in millions of dollars, your overlooked and undervalued. the lil people need incentives too.

      Cons

      there are more cons then positive if you dont enter at an executive level, hardly any growth
