Pros

No late night hours, no need to buy a wardrobe you can't afford since they give you a uniform, learn administrative/clerical skills, incentive checks at the end of the month if you're able to successfully rip off customers more than you did last year.

Cons

low pay, full time is considered 35 hours, lack of breaks, short staffed so you're juggling trying to get a ton of tasks done by a certain time,

Pros

The fact you do not work Sundays. The owners buy you your first shirt so you don't pay out of you pocket and it pay a little more than minimum wager .

Cons

The store owner has no idea how to run a store and gives orders based on what? Get to work know how to work the business you own then we talk.

Pros

flexible hours, the store offers and does so many different things so you do learn a lot about various products, machines, and obviously shipping & packaging. good experience in retail - many cons, but it all depends on the individual franchise owner you work for.

Cons

prices are outrageous so you constantly have to deal with customer complaints and people getting angry, so it's challenging to build a necessary rapport with the customer. many of the individual franchise owners are money hungry (mainly because of the royals & unnecessarily high fees they have to pay to ups) so they focus on money instead of genuine customer service - which would actually bring and keep customers around. also, many of these business owners have no experience in owning a business so it puts the employees in a very stressful, frustrated position trying to help out the owner - but still getting paid as a simple sales associate.
