The kids and RBTs are great. BCBAs and administrative support try their hardest.
Cons
Lax, dishonest leadership team that truly lacks breadth of experience in ABA and clinical psychology. Promotional materials in the clinic and team member autobiographies are misleading. This company has mean-girls vibe running through their leadership team, and nepotism is everywhere you turn. If "the leaders" like you, they like you. If they don't like you, they'll talk about you behind your back and try to get rid of you however they can. Just don't question anyone's opinions or make anyone mad, and they'll leave you alone. This was one of the lowest salaries I have received as a certified inidividual. I walked away from this experience with 0 positive things to say about this organization. Its namesake should be ashamed.
