So Much Work for So Little

Pros

Big Company, work for a lot of professionals that will teach you so much valuable information that will benefit your professional career

Cons

Lower pay then the average market, and a lot of traveling. Expense reimbursement within two weeks on your own credit card.

Good Company but time for some changes.

Pros

The founding partners are the heart and soul of this company. They make you want to be a better employee and person. There are some great people here with the drive and passion to want more for the company and working with those people are what make you want to come to work every day.

Cons

There are some employees in the upper management level that do not have the same philosophy and ethics as the founding partners which is dissapointing. There are managers that lack the proper training and are not held accountable for mentoring their employees properly and keeping up with performance reviews in a timely manner. There are also managers that don't respect their employees time by blowing off meetings and deadlines. The size of the company has grown tremendously in the past few years however the company has not invested in a more effective and trustworthy Human Resources Department. The Operations Team iwas designed for a good purpose but it has now turn into an "elite" group that believe they are above everyone else.

None that i am aware. This company was hard to work for. Low wages and long hours.

Cons

Everything is wrong with this company. Upper management making money off Project Engineers.
