Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your experience - all feedback matters and we take it seriously. Your perspective matters and it seems important to respond honestly as possible. First I'd like to say that we do provide merit increases when earned, as well as annual increases and bonuses that align with the market and, importantly, employee performance. Not all employees receive what they would like but we take pride in benchmarking our benefits and pay practices. I'm concerned to hear that you didn't get any response from HR and find it unusual. As with increases, we can't always give the answers someone may want to hear, but our employees' experience and needs matter to us. Finally, we do push the annual survey so that we can hear employee feedback that is as honest as yours; we simply use the Zweig survey format because it is industry driven. Thank you for your feedback, we take our employee's concerns very seriously. It's great to hear you enjoy the benefits and the opportunity to travel, but work volume and distribution of projects is an issue we're working hard to address. I'm also happy to report we have just rolled out a new on-boarding platform offering our managers the systems and support they need to give new hires a thoughtful and fully integrated on-boarding experience.
