Pros

They pay mental health techs pretty good starting at 12/HR

Cons

Employees are bullies and hate new people. I was harassed until I finally quit. Supervisors have their certain friends and if you mad anyone mad, you're going to get ganged up on.

Pros

They had a recent pay raise for MHT's. Have a degree and start at 12.50 per hr. Usually overstaffed with all of the hiring. The company has become aware of its shortfalls and is trying to correct problems. Be warned that you will be thrown under the bus for the company to save face. The supervisors are trying to seek best care for the patients overall. Many of the employees are empathetic and helpful to the clients. Flexible schedule. Decent benefits.

Cons

Not a safe environment but expected for the job. They may promise you will work in one unit but you will get moved around sometimes several times a day. Workers form bully cliques and dislike new employees. This is extra dangerous in a facility like this.
