Pros

You're working with some really smart people. Everyone's at the top of their game.

Cons

Impersonal office culture. If you're looking to have your work be family, this is not the place.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review. We're glad you found Posties smart and "at the top of their game." It's the people who make The Post so great! We're sorry to hear you found the office culture to be impersonal. This is the first we've heard this and take it very serious. We'd love to hear more details so we can address it. Feel free to confidentially email us at life@washpost.com. Thanks again for taking the time to write a review!

Pros

I very much enjoy the culture here at The Post. All of my colleagues within my department and outside of my department are very welcoming and open to hearing new ideas and perspectives. The work that we do is something that I can be proud of. I also very much feel challenged and have the ability to be the owner of my work.

Cons

At this point in time, I do not see any cons at The Post.
