The core values of Integrity, Quality, respect, Safety and Stewardship are lived by the entire organization. Compensation is better than average and the bonus program is strong. Medical benefits are crazy good.

Cons

As this is an AG based feed manufacturer, the work is done 7/24. Not the place to be if you are looking for a 9-5 M-F production or driving job.
