      Great company to work for. Employee benefits are very good. Engagement through out the company creates a feeling of a team with common goals.

      Pros

      Great benefits, consistent overtime, Great workout instead of a gym.

      Cons

      Wages lag which creates high turnover and lower talent pool. Not a consistent known work schedule. Most times don't know weekend schedule until Thursday afternoon or Friday. Lots of stress situations in the daily work environment. HAVE to work most holidays for only overtime rates.

      Hello. Thank you for the constructive comments. We hear you. We regret that you did not have a good experience. We have been reassessing our positions and benefits. The animals we feed do eat 24/7, so the demands of agriculture can be intense.
