Pros

There is literally nothing positive about this company

Cons

No communication of expectations and constantly changing priorities Job description was very misleading and not at all what the actual role was Very toxic work environment where colleagues would refuse to talk to each other and were generally rude Expectation is that at any given time you are available to be at the office within 30 minutes including nights and weekends

Pros

Great people and company. This company is in full growth mode and would recommend to anyone looking to find greener grass. Management demands 100% commitment to engagement. This is not a "I'll put in my 9-5 and go home career". Management expects great things from employees.

Cons

The company culture is changing and can be a shock for some unaccustomed to change.

This is not an "employer of choice".

Pros

Decent pay (better work requirements to pay comparisons out there). Standard issue benefits.

Cons

Will not bend over backwards for you unless it benefits them. Weekend work when mills are shutdown. No one in upper management takes responsibility to resolve systemic issues. Constantly blame work schedule on customer load but that's just not true. It's an excuse!!! The pay for the type of work is subpar.
