Pros

You get free wine and honestly that's the only pro.

Cons

Management is an absolute joke they will not even acknowledge the absolute mess of a department it is. Overworked and severely underpaid for college graduates. A revolving door with employees because they see how overqualified they are and find better work else where. The lab is not certified and it is obvious why upon entering. Unknown how the lab is legally still running, nothing was up to code and they would rush to fix things before an audit.

Pros

Decent pay, good people, free wine sometimes

Cons

The facilities are definitely not treated equally. Some are poorly funded and expected to function while other facilities are modern and well kept

Pros

Good company, great brands, even better people. The on the job training and experience was great and I always felt like someone had my back when things became challenging.

Cons

Some equipment and systems are behind the times. Repeated equipment breakdowns can be frustrating, but you’re forced to learn to thing quick on your feet and adapt.
