Pros

I have often seen "values" of a company that are merely words on a page. I will say TWG embodies some of their values really well. Especially a sense of stewardship. Due to that both the top management and many managers across the board are open to change and try new things. Also some small things are done really well that improves the overall quality of work life for many e.g. show up for meeting on time and end on time, don't stir up urgencies with a late night and weekend emails. Also many in the company very proudly embody the No Jerks Policy!

Cons

As such the company is on the right path.

Pros

There are no real consequences for missing sales goals

Cons

Low pay. Senior management is out of touch and throws cliche buzz word "culture" around like The Wine Group has it.....but it is a "bro culture" here. You are treated like a number and not a human being.
