There was a very good company culture where it felt like you were part of the family. Everyone was very kind and willing to help you out. Also there was great overtime opportunities

Cons

Tough working conditions, albeit it was in a winery. The floors were slippery and often time you'd be covered in wine. However, this is more a fact of life with working at a winery.
