Pros

Flexible schedule if need time off. Peers are awesome!

Cons

Overworked and underpaid at least in my area. There’s always talk about how great the company is doing and growing but only a 3% raise. Pay is already low for what is expected of the employees. If you show supervisors you’re capable of handling the work of 3 people they will add work of a fourth! Can be very stressful and very discouraging at times. Lately, most of the time.

Pros

Good people, free passes to their wineries

Cons

They will work you to the bone for as cheap as possible. Their motto is "lean and mean". This means they will expect you to do the jobs of 3 people. I started off being paid less than what I deserved. I started in a 6-month contract-to-hire position. That process took 9 months. I was promised a 3% raise. I got 2%. I was told I could become salaried in 2019. I still have not heard back from HR in 2021. I was told I could apply for a new position. They eliminated that position. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. There's a lot of promises and very little follow through. There is almost no diversity. 90% of higher level employees are white. The age demographic skews much older. The average age of employees is somewhere around 40 to 50. As such, the company culture is old school and conservative. If you are younger than 35 or non-white, STAY AWAY. You will have nothing in common with your coworkers. Seriously, don't work here. It isn't worth it.
