Pros

You are introduced to various aspects of the wine business and can help create corporate brands. Best to gain experience here and move on to further your career. There are good people in the field - passionate. You will learn many things because of the lean structure.

Cons

No clear direction within culture. Promises are left unfulfilled which leads to frustration and trust barriers. Integrity is an issue. Not a team environment for females. Can be left off emails and out of the loop to your counterparts which leads to confusion and setup for failure. Not a good environment. No bonus structure. If the company has a good year, the management team wins, not the employees.

Pros

There are no real consequences for missing sales goals

Cons

Low pay. Senior management is out of touch and throws cliche buzz word "culture" around like The Wine Group has it.....but it is a "bro culture" here. You are treated like a number and not a human being.
