Pros

The Wine Group truly TRIES to have a positive culture despite the manufacturing environment. Employee wine sales and pot lucks helped to boost moral.

Cons

Little cooperation and communication between departments. Everyone has their own agenda. Asked for a raise and was turned down by plant manager. Then upon resigning offered me what I had originally asked for. Look to pay employees as little as possible to keep them around, rather than invest in talented people. Policy of no year end bonuses.
