Pros

For me, I think TWG is a great company. I have been with them for many years and I still think of them as my second family. I have been treated fairly and I generally have fun while doing my job.

Cons

There are times I get frustrated with departments that fail to embrace the TWG values and culture. The frustration deepens when the issue is ignored or nothing is done to correct it.

TWG is working to evolve into very progressive, team based culture. Opportunities to increase pay in most areas by gaining more skills and abilities. Recently created significant training process to assist skill and knowledge improvement.

Cons

Some employees are resistant to take advantage of new opportunities and evolving culture.
