Since the company became part of TripAdvisor the same people that were in a management positions before kept the job although they have absolutely no skills for such a position at a multinational level. My manager didn't even speak English and he asked me all the time to review and check his emails!! He was very narrow-minded and lacked of a general business view. My bad not to have reported his lack of skills before time of resign

- Lack of innovation in a competitive and changing landscape. - No structured internal development paths or training unless you have an amazing line manager. - Poor leadership at top level and comes across as tone deaf to market challenges and internal feedback.
