Pros

Dedicated, hardworking and fun teams who live to make the business a success. Given the support, tools and opportunity to grow within the business. Always learning and innovating. Fast, challenging, ever-changing sector.

Cons

Restaurants in terms or operations are challenging, a one size fits all approach os the ambition but not always the reality. Some legacy tech sometimes slows down the speed in which to move and outmanoeuvre the competition, so thinking outside of the box and using what is available is key and part of the fun.

Pros

Flat structure and high degree of engagement with teams, good place to learn and grow

Cons

Lots of changes and churn due to recent buy out of TheFork/TripAdvisor - COVID-19 places high uncertainty on job security during this time.
