Pros

The work environment and the camaraderie between teams is admirable, with lots of diversity and international environment. Most people are eager to help others, even if you are new to the company. The office equipment is fantastic, both in terms of technology and employee benefits. There are more and more opportunities to grow internally. There is an acceptable telecommuting policy.

Cons

There is a growing separation between the management committee and the teams. Senior managers have become a kind of elite who often act with a worrying lack of self-criticism. The pace of work is absurdly high, to the point of launching products or services with many errors, but senior managers seem to want to ignore the problem despite the burnout they are causing many teams.
