      Pros

      Good training from the beginning, great help from management and colleagues, office in a nice location. Nice job and learning many new things.

      Cons

      Timesheet is great on fridays as we work only until 2 pm, the rest of the week until 7 pm. Good thing is that you can work from home 2 days per week.

      I've been in the company for many years now and honestly I don't see what I would change: - Great projects & vision - Awesome & skilled teams - Opportunities to speak / suggest / be listened to - Great benefits (salary package, events, day 2 day comfort)

      Cons

      Organization & alignement across departments is sometimes difficult but I trust the leadership team to work on this so it improves in the near future.
