Pros

Benefits - Free health/vision/dental coverage - 15 days PTO and 20 days PTO once you hit your 5 year anniversary - Life insurance - Short and long term disability - 401K with a 3% contribution from the company - Annual bonus at the company's discretion - Work from home opportunities for late night or weekend shifts - Company provides the equipment needed for the Customer Success Team so you do not have to use your personal laptop or phone Work environment/company culture - Relaxed work environment without a strict dress code - Open floor concept which makes it easier to collaborate with colleagues when needed - Supportive and caring colleagues and management team - Free coffee, snacks, and cold refreshments - Adjustable standing desks - Pool and ping pong table in the lunch room - Frequent opportunities to socialize with colleagues outside of work (such as company happy hours, parties, and BBQs) This company feels more like a family than a corporate office. I enjoy all of my colleagues as well as the management team. The CEO and upper management are approachable and make it a point to introduce themselves and get to know every single employee they hire. The starting salary and health benefits are very competitive for a customer service representative position. There are also major growth opportunities as the company likes to promote their employees from within. I started as a customer service rep, however, I quickly realized this would be my career, and I see myself spending many years at this company. The company is rapidly growing and has a strong future ahead.

Cons

Could be considered a con for some: This is not a position for those that do not work hard. As a customer service representative, you will work as part of a team, and management will notice if you are not contributing to your team's workload.

Pros

From day one at TherapyNotes, I have felt included and listened to. My training class was made of great people, and veteran staff are there offering help right out of the gate. TherapyNotes has provided me with what I would have to say is the best work environment that I have had to date. Coworkers are friendly and share many of the same personality traits as myself, and management is incredibly approachable when issues arise or if there are questions that need to be asked. Competitive pay, flexible hours, good benefits, and a very relaxed work environment, with a CEO that does everything possible to ensure that employees know their value.

Cons

The workload may not be suited for everybody. There is a lot of information to take in initially, however there is a comprehensive database for internal use.

Pros

The company culture is energetic, and a lot more lighthearted and gentler than what I'm used to......worth noting, because the energy at my previous job was pretty deflated once the pandemic really got underway. My coworkers are awesome. Generally speaking, this is a fun and bubbly place to work. There are weekly (nonwork related) fun group activities, and specially designated Slack threads like #dungeonsanddragons, etc. I have a lot of respect for the management team. Feedback can sometimes be quite direct, but I've found my bosses to be very approachable, and open to my ideas. I have learned a lot so far, and I think the company is definitely heading in the right direction.

Cons

New employees have to wait a full year to qualify for the 401k plan.
