We acknowledge we have been behind the curve on tipping but will be implementing a change to the tipping policy for 2025. Regarding your comments about our 401(k) plan, we would like to clarify that our employee handbook states a 90-day waiting period for enrollment, and employees are 100% vested immediately upon enrollment. We place a high value on our employees' work-life balance. We aim to provide regular time off to all our employees. Due to the nature of our business, there are sometimes instances where there are client needs on the weekends. We do, however, offer flex pay or comp days to compensate for off time worked. If there were any instances where you felt overworked, we would appreciate more details to address this matter appropriately. Training and professional development are critical components of our company culture. We offer comprehensive training programs for our employees at all levels of the organization to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles.
