      Pros

      Great training, and very supportive of new employees and people fresh to the field. Great opportunities for travel work.

      Cons

      Often boring work and the per diem is below average. Not a great company for people who do not want to travel.

As travel is not for everyone, Thermo is expanding to different areas, and we want to give each team members the opportunity to get exposure in each location.
