      Pros

      When you first start everyone will tell you how great of a place to work it is. Heard it a million times. However at Thermo it’s true. They care for their employees like no other. Management will go out of their way to be sure you are happy. They focus on quality of people and choosing the right personalities when hiring to be sure the culture doesn’t change. The company provides lunch daily, has excellent benefits and is taking everyone and their families to Disney this year for their 25th anniversary. I have seen them bend over backwards to accommodate employees as life conditions change. Making new positions, hunting down new work in a new area just to keep a valuable employee. Honestly best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Small company that is growing rapidly means there are some bumps in the road. They do their best to work them rough them as quick as possible.

      Guys were good there, nice office.

      Salary used not to be so good, but I think now days they reflected positive.
