      Pros

      A lot of work given for being an intern, the pay was also good for part time while I was in school. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Work days could go on longer than eight hours with little to no overtime pay. Sometimes there would be a lot of traveling required.

      Invested in your career Truly want satisfied employees Hard work is recognized and rewarded Management knows what they are doing This is not an employer who wants to work it's employees to exhaustion.

      Cons

      Some of the employees who have not experienced other employers and environments don't fully see how great this company is. Because of this, I feel they don't fully contribute to protecting the culture.
