      Pros

      Great company for those who begin their careers in the field of Control Systems Engineering and Integration. A lot of design, implementation, and field experience for those who up for it. Exposure to different industries: Pharma, Power, District Energy, etc.

      Cons

      Not so great for long term career prospects. Very little place for MEANINGFUL advancement. Also, extremely busy schedule and heavy work load.

      Pros

      Thermo Systems’ values and culture is great. The company has been rapidly expanding and still takes care of their employees and continues to deliver quality services to its customers all around the country. This is a great place to work if you are looking to personally and professionally grow.

      Cons

      Like I said, the company is rapidly expanding and the employees are growing with it so it will keep you busy.

      Pros

      The company has been growing really quickly over the last couple of years, which means more opportunities for both its employees and for its clients. New titles and organizational structure have been created to scale with the company, so promotions are readily available. The culture encourages personal and professional growth, and Thermo has a great training program that allows for ongoing education. They're also really open to discussing the path you want to take in your career, whether it's a different position or a different office location - they have locations all over the country. The size of the company promotes a great family atmosphere and there are often holiday parties and bbqs after big meetings as a reward for everyone's hard work!

      Cons

      Rapid growth means a lot of jobs coming in, so the working pace is really fast. You definitely won't be bored! Even though you'll have to hustle, you'll learn a lot in the process.
