The whole company is built around a great culture. Working at Third Bridge, I'm not only working with colleagues, I'm working with genuine friends. There are monthly team building/bonding activity that you actually want to engage in, incentives to organize your own team activities and plenty of occasions to get to know amazing people.
Your constructive ciritcisms/ideas are always more than welcome, personnaly, I don't ever feel like I'm submerged with work as me and my team are always working on improving our workflows.
Once a week, you're prompted with a little feedback survey where you can provide info on how you feel about your day-to-day working experience and where management personnaly responds to your anonymous feedback and takes it into consideration.
I can't stress this enough, I feel like I struck gold working for this company, I'm so glad I can be a part of this amazing culture and I would recommend anyone searching for a great working experience applying for Third Bridge.
