Supportive new gen managers, work gets appreciated and pay is decent for new beginners.

1. Unrealistic targets 2. Favouritism 3. Same work even if you get promotions - intern to AVP all do the same thing so no real upgrade

We recognise that we operate in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, which we know may not be suited to everyone.
